Today I am sharing the recipe of Chocolate banana cake. This cake is eggless and prepared without oven in kadhai. I have made this cake specially for Christmas. You can even enjoy it at snacks time or serve it in your child’s tiffin too.

Ingredients:-
Maida- 1.5 cup
Sugar powder- 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder- 3tbsp
Milk powder- 3tbsp
Salt- 1 pinch
Baking powder-1tsp
Baking soda- 1/2tsp
Vanilla essence- 1/2tsp
Milk- 1/2 cup + 2tbsp
Refine oil- 1/2 cup
Vinegar- 1tbsp
Banana- 3
Chopped cashew- 2tbsp
Chopped almonds- 2tbsp
